This antique wheel was hand-carved from wood, and features a hand-forged metal encasement that surrounds its rough edges, and protected the wheel from the ruts and rocks that surely pitted the dirt roads it traversed across Turkey.  Now, it has been "re-purposed" to add character to your home.  Use it as an interesting coffee table or end table in a your home, or perhaps outside on a patio or deck.   Its sturdy construction will lend itself to holding whatever you place upon it. 
Please Note:  the wheel and the accompanying legs are not attached to one another.  This makes the ensemble far easier to move; but please use with caution.  It is possible that undue pressure (such as a child crawling on top of the wheel) would cause the wheel to fall off the stand).
