Amongst the oldest copper pieces we've ever been able to export, this antique medicine urn (one of a pair, sold separately) was originally used by the Turkish army as industrial-sized mortar. Our experts estimate the pair were made circa 1850-1875, and perhaps earlier. Their size and extremely heavy construction make them ideal for use in a foyer, or even outdoors as accent pieces to a grand entry.
